Privacy policy

This page explains what we do with the information you send us. Last updated October 26, 2026.

What we collect

When you request an assessment we collect your name, phone number, the area of the city you're in, and any email address and details you choose to add.

How we use it

• To pass your request to one independent local contractor so they can contact you about your problem.
• To follow up on your request if needed.

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone other than the contractor handling your request and the form service we use to deliver it to us.

How long we keep it

We keep request details only as long as needed to handle your request and our business records.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected].
