About this service

Winnipeg Basement & Foundation is a free referral service for Winnipeg homeowners dealing with foundation cracks, wet basements, heaving floors and settling houses.

What we do

When you send a request, we pass it to one independent local foundation or waterproofing contractor who works in your part of the city. The contractor contacts you, assesses the problem and quotes you directly. We don't do the work ourselves.

How we're paid

The service is free for homeowners. Contractors may pay us a referral fee. That never changes the price you're quoted, and you're under no obligation to hire anyone.

Our guides

Our guides explain common Winnipeg foundation problems in plain language, so you know what you're looking at before a contractor arrives. They're general information, not a substitute for an on-site assessment by a qualified contractor or engineer.
